In a notice issued by the Academic Affairs Directorate, UG urged applicants to log into the university’s online admissions portal to verify the accuracy of their personal and examination details. These include:
- Full names
- Dates of birth
- WASSCE examination index numbers
- Examination months and years

The university emphasized that accuracy in these details is critical for processing applications. Additionally, applicants are reminded to review the cut-off aggregates for the 2023/2024 academic year, which are available on the UG admissions website. For those who have not yet applied, the application process for the 2024/2025 academic year remains open. E-vouchers can be obtained from designated banks or via the USSD code *8879# across all mobile networks.

The application portal will officially close at midnight on January 3, 2024. UG strongly encourages applicants to utilize the remaining time to ensure their applications are complete and accurate before the deadline.
